How did you get your state to pay for your aide? I also have a nurse that comes once a month for cath changes. She told me that there may be a problem since I now go to outpatient therapy. I am no longer considered homebound. I am unable to drive and has to depend on others to take me out. I don't really understand how this works. Naomi
