How can they do an "Opinion Survey" for all 50 states without  asking 
disabled peoples' opinions?  Do they hire people (AB people) to go  
door-to-door?  
They need this done before the next millenium.  Do you  have a data bank of 
every disabled person in the US?  Why do you  object?  You have a delete button 
on 
your keyboard.  Use  it.

Yes...THEY should be finding answers to the questions posed.  By  asking 
different individuals... they will get biased or possibly untrue,  therefore 
slanted, information.  Specifically because of the actual  questions they're 
asking.  It is their job to be doing it.  They  should not be asking others to

their job.  That happens so frequently  these days because of laziness or you 
name it.
