can't seem to find any information on "Lactalos". Any chance I'm spelling it
wrong?

    Hi guys,

About a month ago I received a free two week trial of ENEMEEZ. Like all of
us, I wanted to improve my bowel program. I was thoroughly impressed with the
quality and completeness of the documentation that came with the product.
After reading it I realized that the combination I was using to perform my
current bowel program would achieve the same results.

After five years post (c5\c6) I had developed massive hemorrhoids from the
combination of sitting and digital stimulation. At that time, following a
hemorrhoidectomy I embarked on doing away with the digital stimulation. To me,
there was no greater imposition on my quality of life than digital stimulation
in my bowel program. So, I began to take Lactalos at bedtime, every other day.
On those mornings I would follow with a magic bullet in bed one hour before
transferring to the commode chair. It has worked well for me for the past 13
years. Without digital stimulation I would void completely. There are of
course incidences such as illnesses or constipation which would get in the way
of the normal routine, but all in all it has worked well.

What I found was that both ENIMEEZ and Lactalos work in similar fashion.
They draw water from the intestines softening the stool and promoting a bowel
movement. ENIMEEZ documentation says that it does this quicker.

I have tried ENIMEEZ by itself and it had not worked for me. Perhaps my
body is used to the routine with a magic bullet. I did use Enimeez to augment
my normal routine when I was constipated and it did help. I will continue to
keep it on hand for that purpose.

Having been there, I really feel for you guys who need digital stimulation
to complete your program. Good luck.

Lori, speaks from personal experience, so you can't discount the
importance of her comments. We are very privileged to live in a country where
people have both a right to choose, test and comment on their experiences. That
surely doesn't make her wrong. Some people can tolerate, while others bodies
may not.
A wise consumer, will always be in the best position, to be a smart
shopper.

      Best Wishes
