Hey, 
  I think we live in America and have the choice to do whatever we please as 
long as it doesnt harmfully affect someone else. Smoking is not a smart thing 
to do but I can sympathize with the woman......maybe she had nothing left in 
life but a cigarette. She paid the ultimate penalty for her 
carelessness.......but maybe her life was so bad that this was a blessing, but 
in any respect she died doing what she chose to do and thats american anyway.
