Hi Everyone, I just move into my new apartment after one year of waiting. I graduated from Purdue Calumet last May. I signed up for a new apartment in Valparaiso Ind. I was 20 on the list. The apartment was to be done in the summer, then they told me in Dec. Guess when I move in last Saturday! I asked to have a roll in shower and indoor carpeting. The apartments were finish Jan. It took them one month to put in the shower and the indoor carpet. eneryone else moved in their apartments, but me. So if anyone is looking for an accessible housing.There is no such thing! We have to fight for better housing for people with disabilities. Wheelchair Warrior
