In the beginning I used a arm braces that just attached to hand and wrist it
was made me for me at rehab. I found it useful to use a sponge when apply
foundation. I did wear liguid foundation till I got tired of spilling it &
start using compact foundation now I use a foundation brush & no brace. I use
eyemake like mascara with longer handles & eyeliners that can be twisted up
instead of sharpen. And as for the lipstick. Just put the lipstick conatiner in
mouth grapsing lid with teeth,grab two hands and pull the bottom out take lid
from teeth, put lipstick without lid on back where teeth are and twist w/two
hands. I'm an expert with makeup. Even in Rehab I had nurses & aids that would
come by to see me put it on because I was not going to let my disabilty stop me
from doing that. lol Got anymore questions just ask. :)
