I find a snugly fitting abdominal Binder gives me the ability to breathe
much better and elevates my blood pressure thereby giving me much more
energy. I, however, still get fatigued from much of the medication I take
to control my spasticity. To counteract that effect I usually drink one
mountain dew a day and green tea. Of course I also drink quite a bit of
water in an effort to keep my urine nice and clear.
