Dana.... For me, the pain that was described was mostly alleviated after my gallbladder was removed.
That said, I admit have other neurogenic pains plus something that "seems like" sciatica (IMO) in that it's a sharp, shooting, firey, burning pain from just below my hip all the way down my leg. I take 900mg Neurontin plus 4mg hydromorphone, both 3x/day. That's for the combo of other pains I get... not that related to the gallbladder.
