Yep... technology is an incredible, useful, and evolving tool with a path that's had to predict. Not long ago, nobody would have thought Ray Kurzweil could teleport himself from his office (in MA, I believe) to a stage in Tucson to give a lecture and answer questions while looking at you face-to-face! But he did it.
Kurzweil is an amazing futurist focusing on technology that seems straight out of sci-fi.
