I don't really know if Natural Sleep can be found on Google as it is not  
something you buy or grow.
Sleep happens during the time after we are conceived and continue to follow  
us thru life.  During natural sleep amazing things happen to the body that  
only experts can explain.  The lack of natural sleep can be harmful to the  
body.  Sleep study programs are good for determining if you are getting  enough 
of 
the good natural sleep. Sleep studies can also determine if  depravation is a 
tangible issue.
 
I was hoping that Google has information on art of natural sleep and the  
best way to achieve it without chemicals.  If chemicals are required, then  
which 
chemical produces that best of natural sleep.

I'm  like you.  I require more sleep now.  Its very difficult for me to  fall 
asleep but when I do, I'm out.  For a long time I wasn't able to  sleep at 
all then started taking Ambien which gave me a few hours then I woke  up for a 
couple then back to sleep for a while.  I've seen that  infomercial and its 
bogus if its the one i'm thinking about.  A news  program went after him to
