I found something that helps me sleep without knocking me out or giving me morning hangover. It is a generic Allergy suppressant. I don't remember if it was from Walmart or Sam's club but it's the cheap stuff. Ingredients are: acetaminophen 325mg, chlorphenlamine maleate 2mg and phenylephrine HCL 5mg. I take 2 in the AM and 2 around 6PM. Sleep like a baby. AZDAVE P.S. Sorry for any drug misspellings - the label is tiny.
