Shivering shortly appeared to be a universal issue.  After years, I have
finally improved my body bed time temp.

 

Some one here suggested to wrap legs in a blanket.  That alone does not
help.  An hour befor going to bed elevate your legs with the extra blankets
on them.  I fall asleep faster and am less cold for a shorter period.
