There are some systems engineered for that application that are environment al resistant and may include both intercom and tv camera. They are available at the big box stores like Home Depot, Lowes and Menards. The cheaper models work well but may be affected by extreme heat, cold, sun and rain, depending on where it is located and mounted. Some are wired.
