Hmmmm.......

Well, W,
I've described it as "An advanced payment so we can be pimped out to the same 
Big Bosses who helped us/US slide into the current mess."  After all, whether 
you put it in the bank, invest it or spend it at Chevron to drive to Costco & 
Sam's Club, in whose hands does the money finally end up?

Does it make me feel more confident in my representation in government?  Uh, no.
