Whew.... maybe its because of the current political climate and all, but I
too was surprised at the reply from a company's President to constructive
comments. If I had an employee in customer service who responded in such
fashion
to a customer or client, that person would be seeking other employment. It
behooves, a person in the President's position to handle the "heat in the
kitchen" or stay out. When a President addresses potential customers with
that
kind of replies, its a reflection on one's background, training and
upbringing.

It also may reflect on the company's product and how it is perceived.
Best Wishes to Roy and hopes that his people's skills continue to improve.

Merrill...
It sounds like to me that you cannot take any constructive criticism and are
 probably very insecure.
Our product is fully FDA approved, investigated and manufacturing is
monitored just as with any medical company. Regarding the product being
"dangerous"... the product has never harmed anyone and there has been no
claims for
anything against its safety and efficacy.
Because of people like you I have become very discouraged trying to help my
fellow quadriplegics as I started out doing about 15 years ago with my
product. Thank goodness... the people that use it three times per week have
nothing but praise and for your info... as I can find out how I am removing my
name
from the list because of your comments... incidentally... I think you are
really stupid.

Figures a remark like that would come from our daily BC advertiser. Only
thing you care about is pushing that non approved and potently dangerous bowel
extractor of yours. Is any other person tired of daily references from this
merchant?

Thank you Merrill for your sage advice... I also notice that you are a
humorist... personally I take our chronic bowel problems more seriously.
FYI:
Yesterday I received a telephone call from the head VA Research Physician...
who wants to study in a clinical study our Pulsing Water Therapy to help
quadriplegic and paraplegics in preparation for colonoscopy procedures. He
told
me that the normal colon preparation simply fails every time with us.
He is also going to expand the study to compare our procedure against
laxatives/suppositories. I do know that a study was performed by the famous
Cleveland Clinic and they proved that our therapy not only does not harm the
colon
tissue but it actually returned this tissue back to normal from the damage
of laxatives/suppositories.
Also... I'm very pleased that you have told me that "pumping your bowels
with water is not necessary"... I will stop immediately… close down my
business…
and go on security and bow to your superior knowledge against all of the
medical research that shows differently.
Keep up your positive thinking...

Are you on any opiates? Drinking plenty of water? Take the softener
daily. These are the obvious. Even after the fact and stool is hard, drink a
large cup of prune juice an hour before BC. It will amaze you how quick this
works. Careful before pumping your bowels with water as it is not necessary.
No, I do not sell prune juice!

Hi,

Hoping some of you folks might be able to provide assistance.

Recently my stools have become very hard. I currently take

2 over-the-counter stool softener capsules the night before

my routine which I do every other morning, every other day.

I also take two senna tablets the night before as well.

But recently, they have become hard. Any thoughts on what

to try?

Thanks so much!
