This is often the case.  I wrote in to PN magazine about the possibility of
changing the name from The Paraplegic News To the Paralyzed News.  I thought
this was more inclusive of not only spinal cord injuries, but other ailments
which result in paralysis.  Of course they have been changed and that is
largely because the PVA is dominated by paraplegic.
