Abscentee ballots aren't counted yet when we get the election results but they 
do get counted eventually.  Its just that they usually dont make a difference 
at that point.  We don't vote for the president anyhow, the electoral college 
does.  Remember Al Gore had the popular vote only for Bush to win because of 
the court.  Some democracy!
