There is a guy on ebay that sells ramps to get on a pontoon. Hes been selling them for years. I came across a quad on youtube that gets on and operates his own pontoon boat. The first thing you have to do is remove some railing and build a ramp that is operated by a cable and an electric motor. Boats have a 12 volt battery so you can get power from there to operate the ramp. Next you have to remove the seats and rearrange them. The guy I saw actually took the steering wheel assembly and moved it from the right side to the center of the boat. He had a tri-pin spinner on the steering wheel ........and the gas was already hand controlled. Of course you would need an electric start setup and a kill switch for an emergency. The guy was in a power chair.........looked to be about c-5. Pontoons are easy to adapt because all they are is a platform with two floating aluminum hulls. All the stuff is easily moved and changed. But i know for a favct that the stock railing and swinging door isnt wide enough to allow a chair through. A way one could get on a stock pontoon is leave power chair on dock and put a manual on the boat....have a fairly strong guy cradle carry you from the power chair to the manual chair. ron c-7
