I'm new to this list (not new to a chair ...7+ years C5/C6 injury after skiing
fall)
so apologies if its been asked'n answered before, but can anyone comment on the
Wijit from http://www.wijit.com ?
Though I've always been able to use a manual, I've never been able to handle
inclines steeper than 10" run to 1" incline (like the ramp to my van). I've
grown tired of power chair breakdowns, incompetent repairmen and the
*months* of waiting for turn-around, so the ability to go under my own
power --with mechanical leverage assist-- is extremely attractive.
