Check your phone book for lawyers referral service. Make an appointment and talk freely for 30 minutes to determine if you have a case. Make sure that you have all your paperwork and receipts. After 30 minutes, if you haven't gotten to a resolve, the lawyer can begin to charge you. If you have a case, your lawyer will know what to do and how its done. If you don't have a case, your lawyer will know within the first 30 minutes. University Law Students in their last year can practice under the guide of a licensed attorney thru Law Clinics. Hello everybody, I’ve got a problem with Holland Medical the company I got my new chair from, I’ve just had it 6 months it’s still under warranty. This makes the 3rd time its torn up and it’s the same problem every time, I’ve took it too them twice 140 mile trip.
