Ok, I give up. Why are sailboats so dangerous for quads? I sailed when I was in Boy Scouts and with a friend. We are only talking about a single sail "fun" sailboat. Not a Lazer class racing boat. Small boats are incredibly fun on lakes and as long as the boom is high enough that it doesn't crack your skull when you tack, it should be awesome. Alone, I would want a backboard that wasn't attached to the boat. The tiller is simple, sail adjustment is simple on small boats. A device to raise or lower the keelboard is the only thing I'd want explained. I'd go in a heartbeat if I was invited. john
