Yep ... that is what I found. I just have never, ever heard of e-mail
folders called labels before!
And I am familiar with filtering but I sometimes prefer to just do it
manually. So I am now trying to figure out how to get certain e-mails from my
full inbox over into my created labels.
There are really only a handful of about four other contacts. Everything
else can stay in the inbox as far as I am concerned right now anyway as this
Gmail account was created specifically for e-mails from the quad list that I
want to keep.

Everything in the left-hand column lists about everything BUT folders. Maybe
Labels are folders? I will go try once again but I still may need some help.

Okay, I created a Gmail account for the quad list and I sometimes use
it when writing to folks that I do not know and/or that I would they prefer not
have our regular e-mail address.
My dilemma -- I have looked and searched high and low but cannot find
any way to make folders! One for the quad list, one for such and such, etc..
I finally asked my husband and, after his brief look over, he could not find a
way to do it either.
I have had a Yahoo account (and it is still active actually but
hardly ever used) and had no problem with that online browser e-mail and
creating folders but, with Gmail, where the heck is it? Or how do you make
them?
