I read the "Very, Very, Very Hot" showers and cringe at the thought someone would burn the skin without feeling. Temperatures should never exceed 105 degrees. The amount of time for exposure should also be considered. Hot temperatures would not only damage the top skin surface but the sub dermis as well. Paul, what kinds of temperatures are you using ? Hi......I take very hot....very very very hot showers, which I love. But afterwards I sweat for about 20 minutes.....no headache..... assume it's my body getting reacclimated. Anyone ever have this happen? Thanks, Paul **************Looking for a car that's sporty, fun and fits in your budget? Read reviews on AOL Autos.
