the serial number will be in the invoice paperwork for the chair, and its on the frame in the form of like an aluminum sticker....quickie puts them on the right side of the fame near the bottom.......not sure exactly where yours is but its there i keep a file folder on each chair i own with the serial number in black marker on the front of folder......this number is needed for parts replacement ron c7 keep rollin til the wheels fall off
