Randy writes February 4th, 2009 1:02 pm Gov Bredesen as HHS secretary… Let us remember “Medicaid is socialist medicine and must end,” Bredesen. “I’m not cutting there services they can go to the nursing home for help,” Bredesen. just two important statements that run counter to the HHS, and the administration. Not to mention while Governor he is responsible for having the longest sit in, inside a State Capitol , in U.S. history and refused to negotiate, instead tried intimidation. Some of the intimidation tactics still linger. Oh yeah, I’ve heard the scream too. Oh, and one more thing, when advocates expressed concerns about, and later documented, that people would die if their TennCare was cut Gov B scoffed and said we were just trouble makers.
