The air mattress that I use can be found at most durable medical stores.It is a over-lay air mattress which means it is put on over your current mattress.It has a air pump that fills the alternating tubes in the mattress.Medicare pays for mine.Ask around about the air mattress.I have not had any skin problems since using the mattress.I highly reccomend it.
