It is TEXAS! They have two high courts instead of a supreme court so they can get people executed faster. The high courts are staffed from prosecutors around the state. It is a LEGAL SYSTEM, not a JUSTICE SYSTEM. They refused to give a man a new trial even though his lawyer slept through his trial. You can be executed on circumstantial evidence and lawyers and law students with proof of a persons innocence are not heard in a "High court". This was another Bush invention. The guy that kissed the Popes ring! The guy is lucky he isn't being executed.
