Tim, If you can find a seamstress or someone who sews you can have them sew an inside panel in jeans, suit pants, etc. They just use thick cotton and cut it to fit the backside from crotch to belt and side seam to sideseam. if they use a 1 inch piece of elastic material where it attaches, it eliminates any wrinkles. Go ahead and remove back pockets. Good luck.
