Mostly, I depend on a diaper that cinches around my armpits. Once a week they take me out of it and hose me off in the driveway.
Some of you may remember what I said about mendelamine and vitamin C. I noticed the folks at UTI Clear noticed since it is the same thing. I wish it had occured to me to mix the two into a single product and make money selling it for 100 times the cost of the ingredients. They don't wash them, just change them every 6 - 8 wks. My husband always wears sweat pants, so I run the tube up the leg of his pants when I put them on him in the morning.
