I would really like to put something in my online magazine (Www.SurvivingParalysis.com) for the summer issue about these two guys, if someone would only put some information together for me. I already plan to write about another great guy who passed, named Denny Russell, who was pretty active in the community and worked for the Padres. Who will step up and give me what I need? If you all liked and revered these guys so much, how about taking it a step farther and helping me enshrine their names and their accomplishments?

I saw a note from his sister that she missed him. I so didn't want to believe that this could be true. I just knew it had to be wrong. She told me he died on December 12. They had worked on him for an hour. He was septic from what they think was decubitus ulcer. It was very unexpected. I believe he is a great loss to the disability community. He is really missed by me and many others. I could always write him if you had a question or just right to say hi. I so enjoyed the quad chats we used to have. I'm sure many of you remember when we met on Saturdays for quite some time that he started up. To me he was a fairly new injury compared to myself and he fought to get out of the nursing home and get a full-time job in contracting. I'm thinking it was about seven years, but I could be wrong. His boss built an accessible house for him, which he shared with the list. I'm sure the rest of the group can add many more things about Mark.. Dave and Mark will both be sorely missed. My love and prayers go out to both families. I was off the list for a while during that time, so I thought I had missed the information..
