The purpose of this survey is to allow families of individuals on the autism spectrum to discuss issues that are relevant, including quality educational programming, employment, Medicaid Waivers, insurance coverage and other topics. Results of the survey are presented to the Indiana Legislative Commission on Autism and to other state agencies. The feedback you provide will assist the Commission in evaluating the effectiveness of the current system and in develop additional policy and legislation. The Campaign for Disability Employment is looking for videos to help promote the contribution people with disabilities make to the workplace and the economy. Selected videos will be used in The Campaign's efforts to increase the employment of people with disabilities. The grand prizewinner will receive $1,500! It is a "living" website and will change and grow as resources and information become available.
