Larry pretty much hit the nail on the head. It is AD. It will kill you. Now is when you see a doctor because they won't know WTF your talking about in the ER. Keep meds on hand to control it as best you can or control it untill help arrives. The trigger is an overflow of stimulus moving up the spine and then dumping to the Autonomic nervous system. Most doctors are more involved than my 3 P's (pee, poo, pain), but most agree it is a simplistic way to get the ER staff moving. My living Will stipulates that in case of a stroke or serious heart attack, I'm to be made comfortable. Discuss this with your doctor! Keep your Emergency papers where ambulance crew can get them easily.

It hits me during morning cath/bowel routine and when I roll to my back. it starts with stomach spasms, then headache, then labored breathing. As you know, it is a bit of hell. I don't know exactly what triggers it either, but it has nearly killed me twice. We have done what you have with checking for pressure problems & found nothing. My urine looks good with some yeasty looking stuff but not that bad. It's got me stumped. My right foot is having more spasms with no sores. Like you said, any ideas of what might be causing the problem?
