I went to a 4th fireworks celebration last night and they had all the normal booths (food, crafts, other stuff).
One booth was selling this thing called the Chill Tube. It's like a water bottle you wear around your neck to keep you cooled down. You fill it with water then freeze it. Then when you go out in the heat you put it around your neck to keep you cooled down. As it melts there is a pop out cap to drink the water.
