I thought 27 years post was long, you guys have real longevity. My body
started to break down about 20 years post. I had to start pain meds and
daily antibiotics. 3 main areas of break downs.

1. My UTI's got so frequent they wanted to do a bladder augmentation, but
tried a daily antibiotic first. It's worked pretty good.

2. My b-program seems to be slowing down. Probably from the pain meds. But I
did one of those "Drink Barium Tests" and had some x-rays. One of the
diagnoses was "Thickening of the rectum walls". My guess is it's from doing
so many b-programs with "Bullets", etc. I think this is the most stressful
part of my routine. I sweat so bad while doing it and need more and more and
longer dig-stims. It's just getting harder and harder on me to do it. If it
gets much worse I'm going to have to look at other options. like. Just
"Bagging It".

3. Then my biggest break down I think are my hips. An injury caused
Heterotopic Ossification. Excess bone growth, where bone starts to grow into
the muscles. Very painful. They can cut it out, but that can cause it to
come back even worse. I went 20 plus years with no spasms and no pain meds.
Now, without pain meds I spasm so bad it makes me grunt. My chest and
abdomen constrict so bad it feels like someone is standing on my chest. If I
recline it's bad enough it is hard to breath.

How are you other long termers?

Greg
