This is kind of a touchy subject (no pun intended) but when two quads 
have sex ie intercourse, you must admit that it is very difficult if 
not impossible. Of course, there are many other ways of 'making love' 
than intercourse - touching, talking, caressing, etc. So, if this is 
what you are talking about, of course two quads can 'make love' - or 
'do love'. But intercourse is a whole different ball game (again no 
pun intended).
