Ditto Dan! Realistically and the way it is going for the House and Senate to even look at it before passing it -- points out for it being actually passed in 2013. And in between now and then - who knows what could happen. But the liberal media is having a heyday with it for those that can't think for themselves. So, I agree with Dan (below).
