What a nice idea.... or is it? Some Credit Card companies with fancy print, donation programs and commercials, are often masking... more important issues. Namely, their credit rates, short term and log term. They also don't highlight what they will do when you miss or are late with a payment or have a major default. They often forget to tell you that a 800 number will take you to a computer in a foreign country to a person who doesn't know you or understand your language. Before you sign the dotted line.... consider Google- Capital One Complaints, and read for yourself and then make judgement. Is this a company history worth your business. Like the BBB warns consumers.... if it seems too good to be true... it usually is. If you still wish to obtain a credit card with this company or any other company.... go for it, knowing that you have done your homework and know the risks.
