Sounds like a Dr's visit to me. The Desitin would make you feel better. Nyostatin powder & oinment might help. Leaving the area open to air, for a few days. We use a tiny bit of the nyostatin ointment & Allercream(our generic ointment for Xenaderm) around my suprapubic tube, then a guaze dressing. Good luck with the healing process. Lindaf
