Took me a while, but I finally mastered the bowling. Strap the controller to my wrist and lay my hand on my lap with the buttons facing up. Stretch out my index finger on the other hand to press the B button. Pull the controller as fast as I can towards my shoulder (like a bicep curl), let my index finger slip off the B button at just the right time. I can get the ball to move very fast and smash the pins, scored a 279 last Wednesday. Only problem, now nobody will bowl against me, same as tennis.
