It's just a USDA item.... If they intercept them, you get a card in the mail telling you that an item that isn't allowed into the US was confiscated. End of story. Holland has better seed stock,so I've heard. And most seed dealers there use discretion when sending them, so what you recieve needs close inspection to find them. A friend recieved his in a pair of gardening gloves. Dianna
