I've been 27 years with a spinal cord injury [c5-6] and no pain medication. My only medication is Baclofen. 20mg twice a day.

My question is, how many people on this list are not taking any pain medication, both legal and illegal? This doesn’t include Tylenol or aspirin for the normal headaches etc. Pain is such a nebulous thing, what is excruciating for one is tolerable for another, so I just wonder how many people get along without any prescription pain medications.
