I'm 50 years old and living with my husband. I don't qualify for Medicaid, so have had to pay caregivers out of my pocket. We live in Wyoming and have no home health available so I advertise in the newspaper. My husband is burnt. We have a guest house so I'm looking for a nanny that could provide 24-hour care.
