I'm C5-6 and I too use a debit card almost exclusively, and use the "credit"
option because so many keypads are hooded, making them inaccessible to my
curled fingers.

When i do use cash, I use tenodesis (sp?) to "grip" the bills. Doesn't work
great, and i'm slow, but it does eventually get the job done. Like Don's, my
wallet has a single-fold with a little velcro on the *inside* to keep it folded
until i want it open (which helps keep cards from falling out). I also have a
loop of string on it to aid in pulling it out of the side-pocket on my chair,
where i keep it along with my cell-phone and a small notebook (both of which
also have loops of string for easy retrieval).

I do what i can to avoid change, offering it as tips or contributions, whenever
possible. Otherwise, i ask people to drop it into my wallet next to my bills
and deal with it later.

I would think a C6-7 would have no problems.
