I don't know if anyine else has encountered this but I recently had a minor
flap operation and I starting to go back to transferring using a sliding board.
The dr. recommended that I use a Roho to prevent any future problems. My
question is, when you transfer 'bare bottomed' using the transfer board and
getting in/out of the shower, how do you protect the Roho from getting too
terribly wet. I thought to cover the board with baby powder, slide onto the
cushion, get to the shower, powder up the board again get into the shower, etc.
etc. has anyone else out there done this or is doing this? I'm 39 years post
inj. C6/7 incomplete and want to return to as independent of a lifestyle that I
had pre-surgery which was in mid-July.
