Hello. I am using J-Say 9.0 with Dragon. I am paralyzed from the neck down and would like to know if it is possible to use Skype with voice activated commands only? I am also visually impaired which makes it hard for me to find the contact list on the screen to use my Puff N Sip mouse to select a contact. Any help is appreciated.
