18 may be too many hours. Sleep is most important as a natural healer of  
the body in doing various repairs.  Lack of proper sleep will take its toll  
on his body..... and yours.  Do you have any help or assistance?

As my sons  caregiver I am trying to figure out a way that we can both get 
more sleep..he  barely can sleep 6 hours and the interrupted sleep and long 
days are just to  long for both of us 18 hrs in his chair is just to long in 
my mind and he  should be getting 8 hrs of sleep to really rest and heal. 
Any suggestions?
