Quadius,
I think the 10.1 free upgrade fixes some if not all of the issues you are having with FireFox and IE. I used to be able to use Internet Explorer much more efficiently than I'm able to now. I also have a hard time with the hyperlinks or many of the commands that are supposed to work in both Firefox and Internet Explorer. I'll check into 10.1 in a little while. I do appreciate the info though. After multiple rounds their website I just e-mailed technical support and they gave me this link which is free. Does anybody have any difficulty using Windows Vista? The Dragon NaturallySpeaking preferred is the only interface I have with a computer and for the most part has been rock solid for just over three months. My computer system is custom built from the ground up with plenty of memory and processing power since Vista is a memory hog! If anybody is having difficulty please let me know and maybe I could help you resolve your problems with software or hardware issues. I'm almost certain that if you own version 10.0 you can upgrade to version 10.1 for free. You can check at nuance.com for details. They now have Dragon 10.1 out. Has anybody tried it yet? If so, is it better than 10.00 which is working really well. I have been using the professional for a long time, but decided to go with the preferred since I use my mouse stick in combination with my trackball for a lot of my maneuvering around the screen. I have been very satisfied with it so far. Others may not notice it, but I have seen a significant increase in the inaccuracy over 9.5. The only training I did was reading the Kennedy inauguration speech and then I let the software check my documents. I just started dictating after that and it's been much more accurate than all of my other versions of this stage of the game. Quadius
