The purpose of the binder is to constrict the diaphragm and support the
lower torso. Before rising in the morning lift one arm straight up for about a
minute and it will/should elevate your blood pressure normally.

i'm 90/50 baseline, stomach binders don't work for me, not tight enough,
so, i have a custom-made corset, (sorry guys not as sexy as it sounds-lol)
by a orthotics specialist, that works quite well with my stoma, as did the
stomach binder i used before hand.
hope this helps.

I have a Supra and the binder has never been a problem. A big stoma might,
but I’d be even dizzier without it.
