Just reading the side effects, uhm, are you putting it up your nose? The nasal sprays are also addictive. Your stopped up nose is a symptom of AD. Shaking and spasms like that is also a sign you have something painful irritating you, other than me. You remember gas pains, how they hurt? They can make me shake like a paint mixer. There are times when osteoporosis by itself can cause A.D. My best wishes, john
P.S. If you decide to toss your pain meds, could you call me, first? ________________________________ From: "[email protected]" <[email protected]> To: [email protected] Sent: Tue, February 23, 2010 1:07:06 PM Subject: [QUAD-L] Diphenhydramine - Oxymetazoline I lie awake at night a lot so I USED to take some kind of sleepy type stuff most of which contain Diphenhydramine. ( Benedryl ) This seems to be the cause of most of my nasty spasms. I used to twitch and jerk around like I was stuck on an electric fence with sharp jabbing muscle jerks about every 8 seconds. I stopped all medications a while back and noticed that these very annoying spasms went away. I tried my wife's Ambien ( zolpidem ) and found instant relief from lying awake AND spasms - what a great drug. I wish I'd have tried NO meds a long time ago. Allerdryl®; Allernix; Benadryl®; Nytol® Extra Strength; Nytol®; PMS-Diphenhydramine; Simply Sleep® ============================ Oxymetazoline HCL Side Effects Side Effects Because it is applied topically rather than ingested or injected, most of oxymetazoline's effects are local and mild. You may experience sneezing, stinging or burning sensation, nasal dryness or irritation. With long-term use, you may experience continued runny nose, worsened congestion, nasal irritation and, in some cases, nosebleed. Once again, the cure is worse than the affliction.! Beware of 'friendly' looking drugs. AZDAVE “Mere longevity is a good thing for those who watch Life from the side lines.
