We did a urine exam and sample and it was determined that I had an infection. My doctor prescribed Cipro and told me to stop taking Bethanechol Chlor Tabs 25MG, I've taken it for about 10 days but there doesn't seem to be any changes. In fact I have gone from urniating 3 or 4 times a day to going only oncea ay and in order to get that started I have to hang in a sling in my shower nd push really hard on my bladder are. I at times have to push so hard to get it out , that I can feel my anxiety levels increasing. My last MRI showed I had a syrnix located at C2. Because I'm a dwarf and have already had numerous decompessions and lamenectomies I've tried to put off surgery, for fear of ending up on a vent or life. My problem is my wife is my only caregiver and as things are starting to go downwards all the work ends up on my wifes shoulders. We've been married for over 30 years but know she can only take to much. David
